Just remember, when you start these exercises, you have to stick with them! Take help from someone if you think you need assistance, and also to avoid falling or losing your balance while exercising. If an exercise looks too difficult for you, do an easier version, till you are strong enough to do the actual exercise.
It can take one to two weeks to notice a change in your strength with regular exercise. So be patient, EXERCISE, and see the results for yourself.
